数年前までは「シルキーホワイト」という名前でしたが
何故か改名して「ル・フォンダンフロマージェ」という長い名前になりました
この子の特徴は何といっても【柔らかさ】
トロっトロで、クリームなのかチーズなのかわからない程柔らかいっ
舌触りもなめらか、ミルクの甘い香りも感じられるほど…でも塩味しっかり
このギャップがたまらないのです
食べ易い系の白カビタイプの良いところだけを集めたような子ですよ✨
2キロ限定入荷となっております

100ｇあたり893円+税
今回特にトロトロで、小さくカットが難しかった為
100ｇ～120ｇのカットが多めとなっております
（1カット1000円ぐらい）
100ｇでもペロリと食べられるぐらいの美味しさです

🧀 “Le Fondant Fromager” is finally back! ✨
This ultra-creamy white rind cheese used to be called “Silky White” a few years ago, but somehow it was renamed to the much longer “Le Fondant Fromager” 😄
The taste, however, is just as incredible as ever.
Its biggest charm is definitely the texture.
So soft and melty that you might wonder whether it’s cream or cheese.
Smooth on the tongue, rich and creamy, with a gentle milky aroma… yet surprisingly salty at the same time.
That contrast is what makes this cheese so addictive.
It’s like all the best parts of an easy-to-enjoy white rind cheese packed into one cheese ✨
This time we only received about 2kg total
(roughly 20 cuts available).
💰 ¥893 + tax / 100g
This batch is especially soft and creamy, so smaller cuts were difficult to make.
Most pieces are around 100g–120g
(about ¥1,000 per piece).
It’s so delicious that finishing 100g in one sitting is dangerously easy 😋
